DRIFTWOOD BASKET & WILLOW WIGWAM WORKSHOPS

Driftwood Basket: 27th July 9.30-4.30 £85

These assymetric round baskets are really popular! Bring your own favourite bit of driftwood to use as a handle, or I can provide a selection (hopefully plenty will be foraged after the winter storms!) Suitable for all.

Garden Wigwam: 10th August 10-12.30 £40

Make a garden support, just in time for using in the garden for sweet peas or runner beans!

Nature journaling and poetry

Join me, Sarah Wordsworth, author and poet, to experience for yourself just how inspiring nature can be. I will guide you through a gentle meditation before we step out into the beautiful surroundings of the haven that is Felin Uchaf. With guided mindfulness exercises I hope to give you the tools to gather what you see, hear and feel and turn it into a beautiful piece of nature memoir to treasure forever. There will also be the opportunity to express yourself poetically with the opportunity to create a haiku (Japanese three line poem) or something longer.

The connection you experience and the words that flow through you will stay with you, and I hope that the experience of nature flowing through you and onto the page will become a lifelong love.

Gel plate printing - Natural materials

Using a variety of natural objects on the plates such as leaves, flowers and feathers. fun, relaxing and informative workshops where participants are able to take home cards and a print of their creations. Accessible to all.
