Herbal Workshop - Summer

Spend a day with Katie and dive into the world of herbalism, exploring the beautiful land of Felin Uchaf to meet the spring herbs. Gathering a basket full of new skills as the day goes.

Learning practical skills of safe identification, harvesting methods, and remedy making. As well as tuning into the energy of the season to discover what it is our bodies need, how and why certain organ systems need a bit of spring love. Weaving yourselves into the land you’ll be exploring ways of feeding your soul too, going within through plant communication and nature connection.

Such a wonderful way to ignite our bodies healing capacity at this time of the year..
